Bundles of Five Hundred naira notes rapped and packed in cartons fell from a moving Government Hilux in owerri.
People gathered in attempt to pick the money while security operatives from the vehicle scare them.
The question is, are govt. officials vehicle now a mobile bank? and how will the EFCC and the Central bank address this issue, owing to the fact that Nigeria is heading to full implementation of the cashless policy.
